Terms of Service
These website terms explain how Putnam Pro Services online information, estimate requests, appointments and project communications should be understood.
Terms of Service
Effective date: August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service govern use of the Putnam Pro Services website and online contact, estimate-request, booking and communication features. Separate written estimates, work orders, contracts or project agreements may contain additional terms that control a specific project.
Website Information
Website content is provided for general information about service categories and service areas. Descriptions do not guarantee that every listed task is available for every property, that a project will be accepted, or that a quoted service is appropriate without review of the actual conditions.
Estimates and Appointments
Submitting a form, sending a message, booking a time or speaking with Putnam Pro Services does not by itself create a contract for services. Estimates may be subject to inspection, scope confirmation, material availability, access conditions and other project-specific factors.
Regulated Trades and Licensing
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing and certain other work may be regulated under Florida law. Website pages describing these categories should not be interpreted as a representation that Putnam Pro Services directly performs regulated work unless the required contractor, qualifier, license and insurance arrangements are in place for that work. Any applicable license information should be disclosed as required before regulated services are advertised or contracted.
Project Agreements
When work is accepted, the scope, price, payment schedule, materials, exclusions, timeline, change-order process, warranty terms and other project conditions should be stated in the applicable estimate, invoice, work order or written agreement. Those project-specific terms control over conflicting general website descriptions.
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project and contact information.
- Provide lawful access to the property and work area.
- Disclose known hazards, utilities, access restrictions or conditions relevant to the project.
- Obtain owner, association or other permissions when required.
- Review and approve the project scope before work begins.
Photos, Reviews and Project Content
Customer reviews should be authentic. Project photos or identifying property information should not be published without an appropriate basis or permission. Putnam Pro Services may request permission to use non-sensitive project photos for portfolio or marketing purposes.
Website Availability
The website, booking tools and chat features may be changed, interrupted or unavailable from time to time. Putnam Pro Services does not guarantee continuous access to third-party website tools.
Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to third-party services for scheduling, chat, maps, social media, hosting or other functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices.
No Emergency Guarantee
Calling, texting, submitting a form or using chat does not guarantee an immediate response or emergency dispatch. If there is an immediate threat to life, fire, gas exposure, electrical danger or another emergency, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
Limitation of Website Reliance
General articles, FAQs and service descriptions are educational and should not replace inspection by an appropriately qualified professional when safety, code, structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing or other regulated issues are involved.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the website, services or business practices change. The effective date should be revised when material changes are published.
